Summer fayres - 08 April 2009

Last year we attended some fabulous fayres in schools, day nurseries and town fayres, all were a great success. We noticed some fabulous places and thought we would share them with you:

Woodlands day nursery, Sarisbury Green, Hampshire - A fantastic, warm and friendly environment to send you child. We had a lovely day and would recommend Woodlands to anyone looking for a day nursery in the Sarisbury area.

St Peters day nursery, Titchfield Park - Really lovely nursery which provides a safe, caring, friendly and happy environment with a Christian ethos for children aged 0-5 years.  Agian, a really great day with a very family feel.

Kings church toddler group, Hedge End - Fantastic bunch of people, we had a superb evening and hope to return again this year.

Whiteley Primary school - Lovely modern school in a great setting. Children all appeared to be happy and helpful to outsiders as well as staff.

Titchfield school - Again a fantastic school. We had a great evening without the children!! Lovely family feeling between the staff and parents.

Ninas craft fayres - Nina stes up craft fayres around the fareham / Southampton area. Look out for them as they are always great days out with lots of lovely things to see and do.

This year we hope to visit many more places including the Hampshire Police HQ summer fayre at Hamble, Rookesbury Park school, Meon Cross school, Boundary Oak School, West Hill Park school, Hopscotch nursery at Abshot, Kiddi Caru nursery at Whiteley, many schools, craft fayres and town summer and Christmas fayres. Look out for us at the fayres.

Baby signing - 08 April 2009

We have recently had some connection with a lovely company called Little Bear Baby Signing. They pride themselves on using toys in their sessions that are colourful yet fully compliant with toy safety regulations. They are now using our flower rattle and maybe more in the future as our rattles are coloured with vegetable dye therefore the babies don't get paint chips in their mouths when cheewing them. Little Bear Bay signing was founded by and is run by Jane Milnes who taught her own children and is now utterly commited to teaching others. Check out her website http://www.littlebearbabysigning.com
